David Peck (MBA) - Director

Over 17 years experience within the property industry, and has gained extensive professional expertise and knowledge. When working for Hambros Bank led property businesses through the recession of the early 1990’s developing them into thriving operations. In 2000 completed an international MBA to further his business expertise before joining Allied Land Plc as Director

Milford Haven Marina

Development Director of this 100,000 sq ft marina development. Seven buildings incorporating 152 Suites were all sold off plan to investors in an £18 million innovative funding initiative.

Sourced new businesses including coffee shops, restaurants, delicatessens, quality clothes shops and hair salons, creating a vibrant, thriving community in this long-term neglected brownfield site.

The success of this regeneration project has had a profound and positive effect on the town.
